Zimbabwe needs to hasten the proclamation of the poll winners so that the elected officials can now plan out what priorities they should address to solve the immediate pressing issues of the country. Without the official announcement of the winners, many are fearing that this is part of the delayed tactics of rigging and cheating the results.
